These Terms govern Launched.so, operated by Alphotek, LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for any business whose information you provide. Questions: support@launched.so.
The service and your account
Launched provides tools for business domains, websites and email. Keep your account and recovery email secure, provide accurate information and use only domains and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity through your account and for reviewing setup information before submitting an order or publishing content.
Subscriptions and payments
The price, billing interval and included services are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual plans are paid upfront. Extra ventures and domain-related charges follow the prices and eligibility shown for those purchases. A domain’s availability or search result is not a reservation or guarantee of successful registration.
Cancel anytime; no refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time in Billing. Payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, unused services, deleting a venture, or changing your mind.
Deleting a venture or account content does not itself cancel a subscription, transfer a domain or create a refund. Contact support if a charge is incorrect or a paid service cannot be delivered. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Domains and third-party services
Registration is subject to registrar and registry requirements, accurate registrant details, availability and successful processing. Included domains are limited to the eligibility and first-year coverage shown at checkout; renewals are separate. Automatic domain renewal is not enabled by the initial included-domain purchase. Keep track of expiry and contact support for renewal, transfer or domain-management help. Registrars and other providers have their own terms and policies.
If registration fails after payment, contact support with your billing reference rather than paying again for the same order. Support will review the provider outcome and available resolution.
Your content and AI tools
You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize us and the service providers involved to store, process, transmit and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. Publishing makes content public. You are responsible for the accuracy, rights and legality of your website and communications.
AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable and is not legal, trademark or other professional advice. Review generated content before publishing. Suggestions do not guarantee domain availability or freedom from third-party rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, phishing, impersonation, malware, intellectual-property infringement, unauthorized access or attempts to evade security and usage limits. Email is for expected business correspondence, not unsolicited bulk campaigns or scraped contact lists. Our Email Use Policy describes sending limits and abuse handling and forms part of these Terms.
Availability, suspension and ending service
Services depend on third-party networks and providers and may be interrupted or changed. Provider acceptance does not guarantee email delivery. We may limit or suspend use to address abuse, security threats, unpaid charges or violations of these Terms. Contact support to question a restriction or request review. Keep copies of important content and arrange any exports or domain transfers you need before ending service.
Privacy and legal rights
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. These Terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections, exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
