Launched.so is operated by Alphotek, LLC (“we”, “us”). This notice explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, create an account or use our domain, website and business-email services. Contact support@launched.so for privacy questions or requests.

Information we handle

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the services you request, process payments and domain orders, deliver email, generate or edit websites at your request, investigate abuse, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent for optional features such as marketing analytics and browser notifications.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare for hosting, storage, security and email infrastructure; Clerk for authentication; Stripe for payments; and Realtime Register and relevant registries for domain services. AI requests may be processed by Google Gemini or configured providers through OpenRouter or Concentrate. The requested workflow determines which provider receives information. Website-generation requests can include your prompt, business/site content, conversation context and selected images. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information to AI features.

Mail recipients and their providers receive messages you send. Content you publish on a website is public. Domain registrars may require and retain registrant information even when public registration privacy is enabled. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or abuse, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell personal information or use the marketing site for targeted advertising.

Cookies and choices

Essential storage supports sign-in, security and preferences. Optional marketing analytics is off unless you allow it. Change that choice at any time through Cookie settings. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional analytics off. See our cookie notice for details. Browser push notifications require separate permission.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and service content while needed to provide the service and resolve support, security, billing or legal issues. Deleting a venture starts removal of its website, mailbox content, uploaded files and analytics; unfinished cleanup can be retried. Billing, registration, security and deletion audit records can remain for accounting, dispute prevention and legal requirements. Backups and provider records are separate from the live service, so deleting live content does not imply immediate removal of every backup or third-party record. Contact support about account deletion, retention or a specific data request.

Deleting a venture does not cancel the subscription or a domain registration. Cancellation is available separately in Billing.

Location and security

Our providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service; contact us for information about the relevant arrangements. We use HTTPS, access controls and tenant authorization to help protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Contact support using your account email; we may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate operational reasons. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live or work. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Business content and other people

If you use Launched to process customers’ or other people’s information, you are responsible for having permission or another lawful basis and providing any notices your business needs. Contact us if your use requires additional data-processing terms.

Changes

We may update this notice when the service or our practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
