Email for your business.
Respect for everyone’s inbox.
Launched email is for expected business correspondence: conversations with customers, partners and people who have asked to hear from you.
What isn’t allowed
- Unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped contact lists, and automated cold-email campaigns.
- Phishing, impersonation, malware, deceptive messages, or repeated unwanted contact.
- Evading a sending pause or limit by opening more ventures or accounts.
Honor requests to stop receiving your messages. Do not keep retrying an address that has bounced or reported your email as spam.
Sending limits
Accounts start with a limit of 5 recipients per rolling hour and 25 per rolling 24 hours, shared across all ventures. To, Cc and Bcc recipients count toward these limits. Higher limits require a support review; creating another venture does not increase them.
When sending is paused
We monitor delivery feedback, including invalid-address bounces and spam complaints. We may pause outgoing email across an account while we review a problem. Incoming mail and saved drafts remain available during a sending review.
A temporary delivery failure alone does not trigger an abuse pause. A provider accepting a message does not guarantee that it will reach the recipient’s inbox.
